Returns 

 

Please choose discounted items carefully, because we do not offer returns or refunds on these items. Except if they are faulty.

luca broccolini is not responsible if you choose an incorrect size, change your mind about your order, or no longer require the product. In these situations, we will not offer a refund.

However, we will offer an exchange if the product is returned to us within 7 days (New Zealand) 14 days (International) of the original purchase. It must be in its original, brand new condition, have not been worn, washed, or dry cleaned and proof of purchase must be provided. Postage/shipping is at the customer's expense.  

All items have been thoroughly quality checked before dispatch. But in the unlikely event you receive a luca broccolini item which is faulty, or incorrect on receipt, please contact us by email immediately.  The product must be returned unworn, in original, brand new condition, not washed, or dry cleaned, within 7 days (New Zealand) 14 days (International) of original purchase. In this instance, we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair, within 5 working days of receipt. 

Due to the fact we offer one-of-a-kind garments and limited runs, we cannot guarantee you will receive an identical replacement product.  We want you to be happy and will try our very best to accommodate your replacement colour/size request.

All shipping costs for items returned to us are to be paid by the customer, unless the item sent was faulty or incorrect.
